Alexis Hernandez

CASE MANAGER

Alexis Hernandez is the Case Manager at Zimmer Law Group. He was born in Mexico but grew up in Northfield, Minnesota. His connection to ZLG began more than a decade ago as a client, eventually leading to his naturalization a few years ago.

Before joining the ZLG staff in 2026, Alexis attended St. Olaf College where he majored in 2020 with a political science degree. After graduating, he became an immigrant rights and labor organizer in Colorado and Massachusetts. Whether it was standing alongside janitors fighting for their rights under a union contract or organizing immigrants to lobby politicians, what has stood front and center in his work is achieving better outcomes for our immigrant and refugee communities. Alexis will continue with his journey by working in immigration law as a case manager.

During his free time, you will find him trying to get into running, spending time with friends and family, and hunting for the best panaderia in the state.
