Norberto Manzanares

LAW CLERK

Norberto Manzanares is a Law Clerk and has worked at ZLG since January 2026. He speaks English and Spanish.

Norberto graduated from Rice University with bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Sociology, and minors in Politics, Law, and Social Thought and Cinema and Media Studies. Norberto is dedicated to working for the community and connecting with people from around the world. Prior to coming to ZLG, Norberto worked with different immigration focused nonprofit organizations in the Midwest. Norberto is currently a student at University of Minnesota Law School and will graduate in May 2027 with his Juris Doctorate. After graduation, Norberto hopes to practice immigration law and serve the immigrant community here in Minnesota.

In his free time, Norberto enjoys going on runs, seeing movies in theaters, photography, and reading.
